Submitted resume & cover letter then had a roughly 1 hour phone interview which was a mixture of questions regarding algorithms and computer science concepts with one of their software engineers, as well as personal and career questions with some higher level management. Shortly thereafter I was invited to headquarters for a longer, tripartite interview, with more extensive coding questions (on paper), then more general computer science questions, and finally an interview with one of the founders.
