I completed an online application and within a week or so had an initial phone interview with a member of their sister company. A few days after that I had an in person interview scheduled with someone from Trellis. Both interviews included questions about my experience in ABA, why I was leaving my current position, why I wanted to work with Trellis, my future career goals, etc. All information that you would expect a potential employer, looking for long term employees, would want to know. Both interviewers were very friendly, readily offered lots of information about the company, and answered all of my questions openly.
