Interview process was a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by an in-office interview with the sales manager. Finally, you visit the office one more time for sales floor shadowing another brief interview about what you took from the process. The majority of the interview was very informal. They were very open about the high-stress environment of logistics sales, and wanted to make sure candidates can handle it.
