Applied for the position and the interview with the recruiter was fun and lively. However, she mentioned that although she enjoyed chatting that she wold pass my resume on to next manager and see what he thinks. Honestly....what's the point of having a recruiter then? I didn't get to the next round which is weird because I have had a career in this exact position previously.
