Interview process was casual and seemed to go smooth. First I was contacted by phone for preliminary details. The second follow up interview came within 2 weeks. The 3rd and final interview took place a month after the 2nd interview(Red flags) The process in total was well over a month. Like many others comments, I was ghosted by Trek and only heard back when I followed up. There is a clear lack of respect for applicants time through the interview process. It's especially disheartening for anyone who has made it to the 3rd round of interviews

After an HR phone call, there was a video interview with the design managers. Following this, there was a long day of interviews (10:30am-5pm with a few breaks) with multiple different people/ departments over video call. I got the sense it was like an onsite interview sort of schedule, but virtually? The interviews went well, typical questions, but after that last interview I never heard back from the company until two and a half months later. The whole process from application to lack of offer was five and a half months. Very little communication between HR/ design teams and myself during these times (not for lack of trying).
