A 10-15 minute screening interview which went as well, or so I thought. At the end of the interview, I was told "the dev team lead will review your profile and determine if there is a fit". Odd, normally this would have been done before the initial screening. The next day I get an email saying they won't be moving forward with me. I politely asked for feedback but did not hear back. Seems like a cool company but this exchange felt a bit unprofessional.
