Applied online and received an email from HR requesting a phone screen. Phone screen ended up lasting about 3 minutes and was told the next steps would be an in person interview with the hiring manager and that they would reach out within the next week to get that scheduled. A week went by with no contact so I followed up via email. That email was ignored and I never heard from them again. I have no problem with not being the right candidate but I do have an issue with misleading candidates. Don’t tell somebody you want to get them onsite for an interview and then ignore them completely after that. Although I suppose I’m probably better off if that’s how they operate.
