The application process was pretty standard, but did include a few simple tests. The interview was good. Spoke to HR Manager and 2 members of upper management. It was about an hour and a half long. I had a great interview and really enjoyed the staff and overall experience. I ended up having to decline the offer (it was a hard decision) for personal reasons (hours, family, etc.). I will most likely keep an eye out for another position at this company once my kiddos are a bit older.
