I had the chance of meeting (skype) the first interviewer, one lady who is based in Dubai. From my point of view, she was professional, asking questions related to the future position, and explaining some of the tasks of the position ( bearing in mind it was the first contact). She was kind and with a smiling face at every moment. I felt comfortable during the 55m of interview.
