The assessment test was 8 parts and timed way too fast. I got the call that I passed 7/8 of the sections. I failed the math portion. The first two pages of the math test consisted of basic arithmetic and percentages which was easy and I thought I was doing well. I don't know what else was on this portion because before I knew it, the person conducting the test said "time up." I wasn't even half way through the 28 questions. I knew I failed it but finished the other sections which included a typing test, writing a response to an angry customer who's claim was denied, a hearing assessment, vocabulary/grammar and a mapping section. Overall the test was fairly easy but incredibly fast. I barely finished any of the sections on time. There was another person taking the test with me and I noticed he didn't finish a single section on time. If you don't answer all of the questions, they are counted against you. I don't know how they expect you to finish on time. The lady that conducted the test told me I could retake just the math portion in 6 months. I don't plan to do so due to the fact that I know I wouldn't be able to finish the whole thing on time.

Its sad that company selects candidates based on behavioral questions & previous insurance experience only, which does not give objective view of candidate qualities. I felt like they need specific answers on their questions and if your answer does not match whatever they have on their cheat sheet then good bye.
