Three rounds of interviews via Zoom. The first round were upper management, second was with people I would be working directly with and third was claim center. The process took about 1 month.

The interview process can be lengthy as you go through several rounds with different management teams. You are asked about your experience, how you work with others, strengths and weaknesses and may be given a scenario to work out.
