Applied online, got an invitation for a phone interview, lasted about 20-30 minutes. Got invited back to do an on site interview. It was 4 soft skills interviews (behavioral) and 1 critical thinking interview (technical). I'm relatively new to the computer science major. My background is more neuroscience heavy and it seems like they welcomed more novice tech students.
