First interview was on the phone. Questions consisted of brief Traveler's history, questions of my current job, then behavioral and situational based questions. Straight forward and about 30 min. Second interview, was in person with two people. More behavioral and situational questions, since I did not have prior insurance experience. They asked me about how I feel about the workload, answering emails, etc. The initial interviews took about 3 weeks. They let me know they were no longer filling the position.
