I met with them four different times over about a six week period. I then didn't hear anything from them for two weeks after the last interview. I reached out and they said they were still interested in me. I then get a form rejection letter three weeks later that basically said they forgot about me and the position had closed because they hired someone else. It is fine if you don't want someone but the lack or communication and stringing me along was really disappointing and frustrating.
