Applied for a special program within their data science department after solicitation from recruiter via university job board. First round interview with program manager covered some basic stuff about the program, my previous experiences, some basic data problem design (what information would you want for this insurance problem), and an overview of the remainder of the interview process. Second interview had stats questions, programming questions, some database questions, and problem design stuff. Third interview was unable to be completed before other offer deadlines despite repeated followups with company. Pros: wonderful people, great program, positive interactions all around in phone calls and interviews. Would have been a great fit. Cons: response time to inquiries was a bit slow, interview process seemed a little slow at times, felt like there were extra layers of bureaucracy in the way (plus apparently an understaffed HR department). Not getting a chance to finish the interview process before other offer deadlines was frustrating.
