There was an initial email to schedule a phone screen via Zoom. The phone screen lasted fifteen to twenty minutes. I was asked questions regarding past experience, my ability to access a working location in Toronto etc. etc.

It was good and smooth. First with HR, then hiring manager. Reasonable amount of time and attention. Not too technical questions. I would consider it's a tough interview. Also interview with peers.
