An hour long technical phone interview with two current data science employees. They asked a few questions about past work, then had me describe how I would approach a series of hypothetical modeling problems.

1st round screening: Basic get-to-know-you behavior questions. Asked to explain one of the projects on your resume. Technical questions were techniques to combat multicollinearity or dimension reduction. Overall the HR interviewee was super sweet and you could tell that your success was in their best interest.
