Multiple levels of screening. Phone interviews with Recruiter followed by HR manager, then typically one or two rounds of interviews with the candidate, with atlease one face to face interview. Typical interviews are 1x1, though I have seen panels in few instances.

Director level titles at Travelers does not align with Director level compensation or responsilbilites based on job descriptions and comparison to other software companies. I spoke to several different recruiters about positions and with different teams. Despite saying I would be a good candidate and speaking with several individuals, I was ultimately ghosted with no feedback.
