Completed initial assessment and was asked to do phone interview #1. Recruiter was very energetic and complementary, she gave awesome feedback and offered a 2nd interview with HR and hiring manager 2weeks later. 2nd interview wasn’t even close to what I expected after the first one went so well. Interviewers were cold and dry. Said I would get call within two weeks

Phone interview went well was not too intricate but also asked a lot of questions that didn’t necessarily relate to the role as I would have thought they should have

The first interview provided a lot of valuable information about the position and company. During the second interview, I gained deeper insights into the organization and appreciated the opportunity to meet the division manager.

I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
