Process was very quick due to being an employee referral.
Assessment: The assessment was probably one of the hardest I've ever done however it is in thanks to the position. You want to make sure that you read each question carefully the assessment is not meant to see how fast you can complete it but focuses on your attention to detail. It may appear like each answer is correct that is not the case. Based on the facts that they present you is how you should answer.
After the assessment I received a phone call from the recruiter within about 2 business days. The recruiter asks about your work experience, skills, and pay amount. Very friendly and informative. Also a few STAR questions to gauge your experience related to the position you applied for. Recruiter stated someone within the office I was applying for would reach out for a face to face interview.
I received a phone call from the HR representative who confirmed my face to face interview within 3 business days (mostly due to the holidays). This face to face interview will last 3 hours. Be prepared do your research on the company and bring water although they will provide it to you there. Drink coffee if that gives you a kick in energy you will need it.
I was then interviewed by two managers & district manager within the department I applied. They were amazing and will ask you around 20 STAR questions be as detailed as possible practice if you need before you go in. If you have previous claims handling be prepared to bring up your best experience and the ones that were complex. After the face to face which was about an hour. You will be presented to do a side by side (this is an interview don't take it lightly). Ask all the questions you were wondering before you came in ie hours, workload, system, metrics, personal opinion on the company. After the side by side I met with the district manager. I received a call after the interview within 2 business days and accepted the offer!

Had a phone call interview. Was asked 5-6 questions, Smth about my specific experience mentioned in the resume, tell me about a time you worked in a team, why insurance? and some case specific.

The initial phone interview went great. The interviewer told me to expect a call to schedule the next step with the Claims Team.
They never interviewed me so they closed the door before even meeting although I was more than qualified and deserved the interview.

The main question was tell me about why you left your last position
Phone screening, followed by a computer assessment related to mapping out travel routes and writing a professional email. First round interview over the phone followed up by a second interview in person. Took about 2 weeks to hear back after the last interview.
