On-site interview consisted of four 30-minute one-on-one interviews with IOLDP managers, escorted by several IOLDP participants. Had the opportunity to speak with other IOLDP participants. Spoke with participants at a lovely lunch and breakfast as well. Everyone was nice, professional. The interview day was well organized. Be prepared with lots of questions to ask interviewers and IOLDP participants. Definitely a more conservative culture. Most of the interviews were quite formal, but this could be because everything seemed so organized. Overall, great experience, and great program to start your career.
