I applied online and within a couple of days, received an email from a Travelers Acquistion employee wanting to have a phone conference. After scheduling it and then speaking with her, she was very nice, informative and friendly as well. I was able to answer her questions well. The phone conversation lasted about 1 and 1/2 hours. They were trying to see if any internal employees were putting in for this position first, but wanted to go ahead and make contact. I will say, we have kept in contact, but an internal person ended up getting the position. I am on standby, which is fine. I was worried about jumping too quickly from my current position. Ultimately, I see myself at this company and can't wait.
