A third party recruiter submitted my resume for the position. We heard back about two weeks later, at which time I had a 30 minute phone interview with a Travelers HR rep. She asked basic questions about my background and experience and why I wanted to leave my current employer. About a week and a half later, I had an in person interview with four people, VP’s and 2VP’s. The interview questions were mainly focused on my experience, with very few behavioral type questions. I was offered the position four days after my interview. The whole process from start to finish was about 4 weeks.
