I was initially contacted to set up a phone interview. The following week I was interviewed over the phone and that lasted for an hour. It was mainly set up with questions like "name a time when you..." "name a time when there was a problem and you fixed it" those sort of situational questions. We discussed my background etc. I was then contacted to come to an onsite interview where I was interviewed again by the same person as well as another person within that group. Similar questions were asked and that was it. Two weeks later I was EMAILED that I did not get the position...thanks!
