The interview lasted 45 minutes. I was very prepared. I had researched the company in detail. The conversation was candid, but professional. I suggest for phone interviews to know every detail of any and all transferable skills and focus on those. The questions were very technical. It was more focused on the skills than whether or not I would be a good fit in the organization.
