Smooth interview process. I was given all the necessary information I needed up front. The recruiter was pleasant and energetic. The interview itself felt like a conversation versus a question and answer session.

First you have a phone screen. After the phone screen you will be scheduled for an aptitude test. If the test is passed then you will be brought in for an interview. The interview can be a panel interview or single interviewer. Be prepared to have customer service examples/negotiating a difficult situation

Took about 3 months - general questions - not difficult at all - study the STAR method and you’re all good - peer interview is nice cause you get a feel of the day to day by talking with a team member

There are 3 interviews. One by phone. Then the other 2 are in person/skype. The first one is with your direct supervisor and their supervisor. The second one is with a HR rep and the regional VP.
