Submitted initial online application and was contacted same week. HR recruiter asked questions about my experience and Resume. Was given information regarding compensation and benefits offered. 20 days PTO! Was given quiz on basic terms used in Claims for example My definition of Subrogation, Reservation of Rights etc. I have 8 years so it was easy enough. After I passed phone screen interview I was set up for a test. It was about 3 hours+ timed test. NOTHING really to do with GED..I wasted a weekend practicing for GED type material as suggested on their email. Pretty upsetting and stressful if you have been out of high school for years. Test on computer is typing test . Basic data entry. You are allowed a very brief typing test. At the end you get results of WPM and number of errors. You also write a denial letter to customer. You are given situation and what letter should contain. The rest of the test is on paper multiple choice. Fairly easy but I failed perception part not because I didn't know material but because I ran out of Time . Very frustrating because now I have to wait 6 months to retake part I failed.
