Informal, they offered the positions with multiple promises but not fulfilled. They wanted to enter the U.S. retail market since they are not familiar with how it operates and that is why they asked me to join the company. I took their offer but found out that they are not willing nor prepared to enter the U.S. retail arena properly by instituting the procedures that are typical of this industry in the U.S. market.
