I was interviewed by a Manager and the Mobile Lead, who had barely half my experience combined (3+5 years vs my 12 years). We mainly talked about my experience, and what the company has to offer. No deep technical questions. They were clearly above their head. After that they concluded I have not enough experience for the role(!)
