Online group interview where you are tasked with solving a problem. You must demonstrate the ability to work together effectively in a team setting and compromise with others to achieve a set goal.
Assessment centre then panel interview with HR and a former cadet. Fairly chill with four questions. All done on MS teams. Also was given a question beforehand to prepare a brief 5 minute oral presentation for.

2 rounds. On assessment round then final round was behavioural. Assessment was a group one and the final round had 2 interviewers. I recommend practicing your interview skills to make sure you are comfortable with answering questions.
