it was pleasant, three stages. Online interview then another online interview then online assessment centre, asked about competencies then technical assesment. Technical depends on the role applied for so in the language you applied in.
It was a 3 stage interview, first 2 were video interviews where you record yourself answering questions and some behavioural questions . You were given around a week to do each video one. You have around 2 minutes for each question.

I applied to a Software Developer position in the team that deals with the NextGen ticketing system. I went to three rounds, all focusing on different aspects of programming: Algorithms, Databases and Web. It was good, the questions were pretty meaningful and relevant to what it sounds like they are working on. I liked the questions around runtime complexity. Mostly the questions are on either programming techniques or specific application uses, like "how do you do X in this database?" People were very friendly. You can tell it's a bit of a government-affiliated entity the way they work (not in a bad way, it's just different than, say, a corporation).
