I got to the 5th and final stage, I passed a role play activity. I then had to do a face to face interview where I did not pass and did not receive feedback unfortunately.

First was a role play then a scenario based question, where you had to verbally describe what to do. It included an unidentified bag, talking to customers and dealing with trouble from youths.

Multiple stages to the interview process, consists of online assesments, situational judgetment test and role play there is also a competancy based interview if you pass the first tests which determins if you pass or not overall

Applied online and had an online test first. Fairly straightforward and if successful, will be invited to second stage, where the test literacy and numeracy at their assessment centre which takes about an hour max. the assessor will go through example questions so make sure to pay attention as they will explain exactly what they expect from your answers
