Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Transifex (Maroúsi) en sep 2017
Entrevista
The interview passed through several phases.
First a phone screening.
Then there was a first meeting with a general discussion about my experience and an introduction to the job position offered in a friendly atmosphere.
The 2nd interview involved an algorithical problem and its solution after discussing it with the interviews again in a friendly atmosphere. You were free to use the language of your choice for this.
In the 3rd interview there was a system architecture design required. However unlike the previous interviews this was only roughly defined. The main interviewer was not very polite and was trying to rush the interview because he had to leave.

The interview process consisted of an initial screening with HR, 2 in person interviews and a coding assignment.
The best part about this process was that the interviews were actually more like discussions of best practices, experiences and of some technical concepts. The participants never made you feel like they were going down a checklist of questions, and it was very refreshing to enjoy an interview as a candidate.
The coding assignment (a practice which I'm normally against of), had very well-defined boundaries and came after the company already had invested time for a couple interviews, so it didn't feel like a one-way commitment.

The hiring process included an HR screening on the first stage, and two additional meetings with the engineering staff. They really focus on making the interviews more of a discussion among peers on topics that pertain to the open position.
The discussion revolved around my general background, and my experience relevant to the position in the first technical interview. I was also requested to complete a small algorithmic task.
The last meeting with the engineering team was an exchange of arguments and ideas on a high-level architectural design to address a reference use case.
In general, it has been one of the most well-designed and respectful hiring processes I have experienced so far.
