I had 3 interviews total. One with HR, over the phone out of the Ft. Worth office. It was very easy and took over an hour, like talking to a friend of a friend. Then a face to face with the Land division. It took an hour & was very laid back. The third interview was with one local manager and two from corporate office. Another hour but far more formal. With the exception that there was talk of religion in the interview. I wish I could say that was the first red flag but I would be lying, it was probably the 3rd.
