Went to their office in-person (which is rare for 2025), and had a short behaviourial/fit conversation followed by 2 timed written tests. One was math/examining charts and the other was more logical. The behaviourial went well but I wasn't confident in the tests. It seems they put more stock in arbitrary measures of intelligence rather than actual company fit.
