The interview consisted of 3 stages. The first call was in 3 languages at once to check your communication skills & was also a general screening. After passing the first call with the recruiter, I had a second interview with 2 team leaders, checking soft skills and asking more detailed questions regarding customer service. After the second interview, I was invited to the office to meet with the head of the Customer Support Department and future colleagues. After this, I was offered the job. The atmosphere was very pleasant during all stages of the recruitment process. Every person was very friendly and genuinely interested in me. It felt refreshing after having multiple interviews with "robot-like" recruiters.
It was a nice conversation with a professional interviewer. The atmosphere was friendly and open. I got all the answers to my questions.The interviewer gave enough information and explained some details about the office in Krakow.

It was the first screening. I spoke English and Ukrainian. The interviewer asked me to describe my experience and how I dealt with angry customers.
