First stage - screening call with HR and eng manager for 30 mins. Nothing special, general questions. Didn’t much time to ask your questions but u can write them through email. Second stage - home assessment. Most weird part since it’s a huge task. This is production feature. To finish it as they want it would take around 3 weeks if u are working on it after your job. We agreed that main focus will be businesses logic and not a UI. But in feedback I’ve receive that UI is bad and they found some bugs 😂😂 Horrible attitude to candidates. Will not recommend to anyone this company.
