Interview process was smooth and fast, I got an offer on the same day after my second interview. Entire process took no longer than two weeks. At first I got to talk with talent acquisition partner & a peer from the team. Most of the time we spent trying to understand my fit to the role and to the organisation. It as a valuable session since I myself was not very sure about joining this particular role. Second interview I talked with my level2 manager. I felt more as a discussion than an interview. I really enjoyed it and it helped me to come up with a decision. I asked a lot of questions. Therefore, nothing unexpected in term of interview questions.

I received a screening call a few days after I've submitted my resume. Following the call, I've been invited to a 1st interview in the office with team lead + team member. After a week, the second interview followed and then the third one as well. Although interviews were not repetitive, I believe call + 3 on-site interviews are a bit of a stretch.
