I have talked to three interviewers in total, and mostly asked to solved technical question, along with one or two behavior question, the peoples are friendly and the environments are good

Did phone interview which seemed to go well but the feedback was very slow for a small company (two-three weeks) . I received an invitation to do a second phone interview which ended up never happening. I reached out and there was never any further communication so I was left confused. Very unprofessional. Would recommend to stay away from these types of places as there were a few other red flags.
