The first interview was all about me and my background and what I was looking for next. The second interview we really got into compensation. The third time I went in I attended a celebratory type office meeting and got to meet everyone and see the culture. After the meeting, the boss grilled out for the entire office, that was different. After lunch I shadowed a Rep on a few of his appointments. This experience was extremely helpful in showing me "a day in the life."
