I got an e-mail within a week after I applied for the job on their website. They had a recruiter interview me for their position in LA but she was in Iowa. Asked basic questions about resume and about exams passed. Didn't seem like the happiest person to talk to as well as she was shocked when I said how I feel like I should have gotten paid a little more since they don't pay for housing.

It's a 30 minutes inteview, and almost all the questions are behavior questions. The interviewers are very nice and they will need to keep your information at first, like your GPA and education background.
