The process was very long, and the interview did not seem well coordinated. The interview team was focused on asking pre determined questions from a list, and very concerned with recording answers and getting the list completed, versus really having a dialogue. The interview packet was helpful, but there was no discussion or salary range or benefits until the offer.

Poorly planned. Interviewers kept me waiting. The President asked illegal/inappropriate questions. The VP interviewed me remotely in the main conference room on the executive floor. Panel interview with multiple people. I interviewed, and received a job offer 4 months later.
