Phone Screen with the recruiter, followed by an MS teams interview with the hiring manager, This was followed up with another series of 4 interviews with team members and stakeholders. The interviews were inquisitive and centered around my experience and results, versus prepared " can you tell me about a time..." questions. The interviews went well and in-fact one interviewer mentioned that if this role didn't work out, there were several others I could slide right into. After 2 weeks I followed up and a few days later received a note that an internal candidate was selected, Feedback was that I was that my experience aligned with the company and they needed to find the right position. Follow-up with recruiting team since has been met with silence.
