I had a single phone interview with a number of LAN technicians whom I would be working directly with. Questions ranged from my work experience and the environment I am currently working in as well as any goals that I may be working towards. Each of the techs had a number of technical questions ranging from fairly specific to pretty open ended. I answered to the best of my ability and was up-front when I was not sure how to answer. Never spoke with the hiring manager although I appreciate the process allowing the more technical people to have a meaningful say in the decision process.
