Contract-to-hire position initiated by an outside recruiter. This was followed by a long written questionnaire and phone screen. Then there was an in-person interview with 3 people present in the room.

None of the questions were difficult or unexpected. There were just a lot of them.
2 interviews scheduled for position, nice and easy.
HR scheduled 1 interview ; the 2nd was more of a panel with 2 engineers and 1 manager. Asked a couple interview questions.
