Interview process is fine. There are unnecessary questions from ISTQB which are not actually needed for the job role knowledge as each project is specific and has own rules. But worst part is, company provides positive feedback and keeps candidates waiting by stating that they are in the list while company waiting for final approval from client and once approval made company just replies that they have taken another candidate.
