The interview wasn't too difficult. The questions were mostly about the candidate's behavior towards the client, not that much about any previous experiences. First the candidate meets the recruitment manager and afterwards the managers of the department the positions is about.

Quite a number of rounds from initial call to assessment to final interviews. Spend like a few weeks and need to proactively ask for result. But overall, quite an interactive interview to get insights

1. Phone interview with HR. 2. Complete the 1st Proofreading test online. 3. Interview with the leaders online. 4. Complete the 2nd Proofreading test online. I didn't get to receive the 2nd proofreading test and interview with the manager.
