I went through two phone screenings and then was asked to present a case study. I spent a decent amount of time preparing my content and fine tuning my presentation for my final round. After presenting, I was told I would hear back sometime in the next week. I reached out to the recruiter twice within 3 weeks with hopes of hearing something back. Ghosted. Never received an automated email or anything indicating the job is closed. This is unacceptable given the time I put into presenting an entire case study and going through multiple rounds of interviews. This in house recruiter in particular was a mess with organizational skills and to leave a candidate hanging like that is extremely unprofessional.
