Entrevista
An initial Phone interview. Then put through to a final interview in-house with a panel of 4 non collegiate managers. I say that since I have a high level degree. Interviewed at the corporate location in Earth City, MO. It seemed like more of a waste of time as 3 of the 4 members seemed confused of my answers. (Its basic folks - They where behavioral questions, not brain surgery).
Basically, they don't admire talent, and it was a great waste of my time. The interview was too easy and that's why I didn't feel valued throughout the process.
I wouldn't waste your time applying.

Process was quick and straight to the point. It was very relaxed and felt more like a conversation versus an interview.

Entrevista
They use the STAR behavioral interview format. The interview wasn't too difficult, but I honestly despise when employers use this interview format to filter out candidates. It's a huge turn off when you're an experienced candidate. All it does is force people to use canned responses to answer very generic questions. I answered their questions & then flipped the interview on them to get the info I needed to decide whether or not I wanted the position. They were nice people, but ultimately it wasn't a good fit. I didn't bother following up. I haven't heard back from them either.
