Interview which is followed after Resume shortlisting & Telephonic screening, mainly consist of two Face to Face round. One is with the reporting Manager and the other with the Senior Manager of the department. Generally the mechanical aptitude and design fundamentals/process of previous experiences are examined. Communication, inter-personal and general engineering knowledge are bare minimum criteria.
